Grow through Experience.
For preschoolers, elementary school students, and junior high school students.
Although the river, mountain, and sea stay the same, what you notice and feel changes dramatically with the seasons and with age.
Why not give children experiences they can only have now — from ages 4 to 15, when curiosity and the drive to explore develop most?
Children experience living in nature, cooking for themselves, and camping, activities they can't learn in their daily lives, and when they return, their faces are full of confident satisfaction. Parents can feel at ease sending their children away from home, making it a valuable time for both children and parents!
Preschool girl & 2nd-grade boy
The appeal lies in fostering children's independence and teamwork. My child debuted by participating alone due to a friend's absence, but that actually turned out to be a truly valuable experience, building courage and improving social skills. They love Camp Ship and check Instagram almost daily, eagerly anticipating the next session.
4th-grade girl
All programs offer a wide variety of activities that children can enjoy. I find comfort in the fact that updates on the children's well-being are constantly shared on Instagram, and that there are a sufficient number of leaders for the number of children.
5th-grade boy
The wide range of activities keeps the children entertained one after another. Furthermore, the ability to view photos and videos in real-time provides peace of mind for parents and is an enjoyable feature to watch. The high staff-to-child ratio is also appealing, ensuring that every child receives proper attention.
3rd-grade boy
He was very happy to receive the leadership award and treasures his badge. The system where leaders write letters, and the reward of a hat for participating multiple times, are also appealing features that children really enjoy.
1st-grade girl
Even first-time participants will find opportunities to thrive, tailored to their age. It's recommended because it allows children to connect with nature in an environment different from their daily lives and develop independence while cooperating with friends. The abundance of activities where children can fully enjoy themselves, such as playing in the river, cooking meals, and stargazing at night, is also a great appeal.
Preschool girl
The appeal lies in the unique programs that we, as parents, might find difficult to provide ourselves, and the opportunity for our children to make friends they wouldn't meet anywhere but at Camp Ship. As a parent, it's a joy to see their circle of friends expand.
4th-grade girl
The appeal is that you can really see your child's growth. I'm grateful that my child was able to experience things like fishing, playing in the river, and starting fires, which they wanted to do but I couldn't easily take them to. They still talk about the fun memories they made with their friends and leaders.
1st-grade boy
The appeal of this program is that I can freely and fully enjoy what I love. I feel secure knowing that the leaders are approachable, and I appreciate being able to constantly check on the situation via Instagram. With a wide range of plans, there are many options, and it's reassuring to know that the prices are affordable. My brother and I enjoy it so much that we play "Camp Ship" at home, taking turns being the leader.
Boy (last year of preschool), girl (first grade)
We participate in the skiing activities every year. They provide activities with different age groups and even ski certifications, and my child always comes home with a big smile, saying how much fun it was, which I am very grateful for.
3rd-grade boy
Being able to have experiences that are out of the ordinary, interacting with adults other than parents, and fostering leadership and initiative are major attractions. Parents can also feel at ease sending their children, as the program's activities can be seen on Instagram.
2nd-grade boy & 5th-grade boy
The art program was particularly appealing. I thought it was wonderful how it respected free thought and allowed children to develop their creativity and self-expression. I would definitely recommend it to others as a valuable opportunity to nurture sensitivity.
2nd-grade girl
I appreciate that the leader is young and engages with the children from their perspective. One of the attractive features is the many mechanisms in place to encourage the children's autonomy.
4th-grade girl
The thorough reporting, communication, and consultation is a major plus. Not only are the activities enjoyable for children, but as a parent, I can also feel at ease leaving my child there.
1st-grade girl & 3rd-grade boy
It's a place where children can learn the importance of cooperating with friends and living independently, away from their families. They can gain experiences that are difficult to have at home, and you can truly see their growth.
4th-grade boy
It's great that there are various programs each year, allowing us to choose with our children. The fact that they can experiment and learn with their friends, rather than just family, is also appealing, and I feel it fosters their independence.
4th-grade girl
By thinking and acting through trial and error in nature, driven by a spirit of inquiry and curiosity, children can develop independence and cooperation. The fact that the leaders watch over and support their growth is a major appeal to me.
1st-grade girl
The down-to-earth operators are a major draw. Both children's needs (satisfying curiosity, new encounters, reassuring leaders) and parents' needs (opportunities for experiences difficult for parents to provide, consideration for safety and security, a warm atmosphere) are met. I was surprised by the confident expression on my child's face when they came home.
4th-grade girl
Children can experience a variety of activities covering the nature of the sea, mountains, rivers, and forests. In addition to physical activities, there are also crafts, making things, and cooking, so children can easily find something they enjoy. After spending time in an environment without their parents and returning from camp, they often seem to have grown a little.
5th-grade boy
The staff act from the children's perspective and provide guidance necessary for independence in a fun atmosphere, so we feel at ease leaving our children with them. Our eldest son, who participated for the first time, enjoyed it so much that he strongly requested to "definitely go again!" As parents, we also appreciate being able to easily check on the situation via Instagram.
3rd-grade boy
The charm of Camp Ship is that children have fun and return home more independent. It's truly a blessing as a parent to see them grow each time.
2nd-grade boy
The "people" are very charming. My daughter adores the leaders as if they were older friends, and when she returns from the program, she enjoys talking about the leaders more than the content itself. The opportunity to interact with people of different ages, genders, and backgrounds is also a major appeal, and I feel that her communication skills are naturally developing.
2nd-grade girl
The program content is incredibly fulfilling. This was the first time my child had been away from home for 3 nights and 4 days, and they showed great enthusiasm, saying, "I'm tired but it was fun! I want to go again!" I was deeply impressed by how the leaders genuinely engaged with the children while having fun themselves.
1st-grade girl
The support system provided by the leaders is a great asset. The interaction with friends of the same age and the involvement with the leaders, experiences that cannot be had at home or during travels, serve as a stimulus for children and an opportunity for growth.
4th-grade girl
There are a variety of programs available, ranging from short-term to long-term options. It's packed with things children want to try! I believe it's very valuable for them to experience things that are difficult to do as a family unit and to spend time with new friends.
4th-grade girl
Although the children look a little anxious when they depart, every time they return with confident expressions, I realize how fulfilling their time at camp must have been and how much fun they had with their friends. Each group has one leader who responsibly looks after them, making the team a reliable one that can respond flexibly and promptly to unexpected situations.
5th-grade boy
High school and university students, who usually don't have many opportunities to interact with the children, participate as staff, becoming role models and sources of inspiration for them. This is a wonderful organization that provides various experiential opportunities for children who have fewer chances to travel due to family circumstances such as caring for a family member.
7th-grade girl
My daughter is the youngest and was quite dependent, but I feel that each time she participates in this camp, she gradually develops a sense of independence and gains confidence. She met new friends and had a valuable experience that led to her growth.
4th-grade girl
There are many program activities that can only be experienced at that particular time and place, and they are designed to pique children's interest. I felt a connection with the founder, who is a father himself, and I decided to participate because I felt that my child would genuinely enjoy it rather than just reluctantly attend.
4th-grade boy
Its appeal lies in the ability to have experiences that are difficult to come by in everyday life in the city. It's reassuring that children as young as preschoolers can participate, and that we can see updates on Instagram stories. My child returned completely different from when they left, much more resilient and speaking with newfound confidence, which as a parent made me re-appreciate the value of this program.
Preschool boy
Seeing my younger sister participate after being invited by her friends, my older brother also wanted to join! There are so many different programs, and children can challenge themselves with both what they are good at and what they struggle with, building confidence along the way. My children always come home adoring their leaders.
5th-grade boy
My eldest daughter, who was in first grade and incredibly anxious, came home with a smile and said, "It was so much fun! I want to go again!" Since then, we've been coming back every season. It's a wonderful program where you can feel the passion, dedication, and love of the representatives.
2nd-grade girl
I was deeply impressed by the fact that we could decide on our daily activities voluntarily, and by the previous leader shedding tears at the dissolution. I believe this is proof of their deep involvement with the children. The communication was frequent, the quality of the leaders was high, and the photos were fair; I have no complaints.
Fifth-grade girl
It's wonderful how all programs operate with clear goals. The leaders are charming in how they immerse themselves in play with the children while also firmly fostering independence. With a variety of programs available, I always look forward to what's next.
4th-grade boy
We carefully select seasonal locations and activities and craft each program by hand to design moments that unleash children's curiosity through authentic experiences.
