Every aspect of our programs—including program design, activity development, and the hiring and training of leaders—is implemented strictly in accordance with CampShip Academy’s safety and health management guidelines.
Leader Recruitment and Development
Only those who truly align with and demonstrate CampShip Academy’s mission and culture are eligible to serve as leaders.
Candidates must complete a strict screening process and are required to take part in regular training sessions.

During the program, they may earn leadership awards, and at the end, they receive heartfelt letters from their leaders—small moments that add richness to their memories and turn the program into a truly formative experience.
