These older brothers and sisters, who are neither parents nor teachers, voluntarily lead the program, supporting the children, and most importantly, enjoying it wholeheartedly themselves. I love seeing the children being inspired by this and witnessing the moment when a sense of unity blooms within the program. While the location and content may be replicated, I believe the brilliance of Campship's leaders remains truly one of a kind.
