Leaders at Campship Academy are essential players in shaping our programs. They come from diverse backgrounds, from high school students to working adults.
Our leaders' mission is to create safe and enjoyable activities with the children, while embracing the fun themselves.
Because they are entrusted with the safety and well-being of the children, our leaders undergo thorough training and assessments to build strong skills in safety and health management. We also foster a culture of teamwork among leaders, encouraging mutual support as they work together to create the best possible programs.

One of the most captivating aspects of Campship Academy is the charm of its leaders. These older brothers and sisters, who are neither parents nor teachers, voluntarily lead the program, supporting the children, and most importantly, enjoying it wholeheartedly themselves. I love seeing the children being inspired by this and witnessing the moment when a sense of unity blooms within the program. While the location and content may be replicated, I believe the brilliance of Campship's leaders remains truly one of a kind.
I always join the program with the mindset that I’ll enjoy it more than anyone else!
For children participating for the first time, it’s natural to feel nervous or anxious about living away from home. But that’s exactly why the experience can be so rewarding. By the end, many find themselves saying, “I wish it wasn’t over yet” or “I want to come back again!”
So please trust us—and let’s enjoy every moment together as we grow side by side.
As a father of two myself, I once felt anxious and conflicted about letting my children spend several days away from home.
But when I saw the confident, fulfilled expression on my child’s face after returning from the program, I became truly convinced of the value of experiences that take children beyond the comfort of their parents’ care.
While we are always working to enhance the quality of our programs, we are equally committed to creating an environment where busy parents can entrust their children to us with peace of mind.

What I find most appealing about Campship Academy is the unique space it creates.
It’s a place where curiosity is set free—where children can play and take on new challenges in the great outdoors.
It’s a place to spend time with new friends and inspiring leaders.
It’s a place where they can more fully enjoy being themselves.
I love witnessing the moment when this one-of-a-kind space becomes a new home for each and every child.
Campship Academy is neither a school nor a club—it's a place full of exciting opportunities to try things you've never done before, alongside new friends and fun, inspiring leaders.
If you're feeling nervous about joining or staying overnight on your own, don't worry. Many others feel the same way at first, and you'll quickly find new friends to connect with.
Those worries will disappear on the very first day.
So come on—let's take that first step!
With the evolution of technology, what’s increasingly needed is not the ability to rapidly find answers to existing questions, but the courage to ask questions that have no clear answers—and to trust oneself in seeking them.
What can parents do for their children to live the best life possible?
As a parent myself, I ask this question every day.
I hope that through Campship Academy, children can build a sense of self-worth and the confidence to take on new challenges.
We are committed to continuously improving our services—not only to ensure that children have a fulfilling experience, but also to meet the expectations of parents who lead busy lives balancing work and household responsibilities.
