From Application to Participation: Step-by-Step Guide

Here are the eight steps from exploring Campship Academy programs to participating in the actual experience.

Receive the Latest Updates via Our Official WhatsApp Account

We share the latest information through our official WhatsApp account, including program announcements, remaining availability, and early-access registration available exclusively to WhatsApp friends.
We recommend adding our WhatsApp account first.

Send Us Your Questions About the Program

You can conact us antime through the chat feature on our official WhatsApp account.

We're happy to answer questions about the program, safety and health management, or our leaders. Please feel free to reach out.

Apply for a program

Once you’ve decided on a program, go to the program details page and click Apply.

Enter the required information and proceed to the order confirmation screen.
If this is your first time applying, you will be asked to create an account. Returning users can simply log in for a smoother process.

Pay the Program Fee / Optional Add-ons

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Please check the total amount shown in the email and WhatsApp message we send, and transfer the fee to the designated account by the deadline.

Add Optional Items or Make Changes to Your Application

Additional options (such as rental items or merchandise) can be added anytime after your initial application.
If you need to modify your application details, our team will handle the change—just contact us through WhatsApp.

Online Orientation (2–3 Weeks Before the Program)

Two to three weeks before the program begins, we will share an online orientation video that explains the detailed schedule, packing list, and other important information.
The video format allows busy parents to view it at their own pace.

Submission of the Participant Support Form (By Two Days Before Departure)

To help us understand your child’s condition immediately prior to the program, we ask all families to complete the Participant Support Form by two days before departure.

The form includes questions about medical appointments, medications currently being taken, and any other information you would like our staff to be aware of.

On the Day of Departure

Please arrive at the meeting point with plenty of time to spare.
This is often the moment when children feel the most nervous. Our leaders will be there to welcome them with warm smiles, so please rest assured.
Some children may shed tears when saying goodbye—it’s completely normal and nothing to be embarrassed about. We value this moment and make sure each child feels cared for as they transition into the program.
