Father of two. Played for a junior J.League team through high school and was part of the university's varsity soccer club.
After graduating from Keio University in 2013, he joined Mitsubishi Corporation, where he spent seven years, including three years stationed in South America (Colombia and Peru).
In 2020, he transitioned to 10X Inc. as Head of Business Development, gaining experience in creating new value for society.
He became independent in 2024 and currently serves in his present role.

We are deeply concerned that changes in the environment surrounding children have led reduced opportunities for them to nurture their innate inquisitiveness and curiosity—often referred to as non-cognitive abilities.

Most of us at Campship Academy have vivid childhood memories—playing freely in nature, gathering around a campfire with friends, and even fighting over bunk beds. We believe these formative experiences played a vital role in shaping who we are today.

I’ve come to believe in the importance of connecting modern social issues with my own formative experiences, and in delivering nature-based programs thoughtfully designed for today’s world.
This belief has led me to envision a future where summer camps are a natural part of everyday life for children.

・A safe and welcoming environment where children can feel relaxed and enjoy
・Opportunities to foster independence and cooperation through shared living with children across age groups
・Nurturing self-confidence through taking on a wide range of challenges

We are dedicated to sharing these values with the world.

Father of one. After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, he joined Mitsubishi Corporation, where he worked in trading, business development, and startup investment. He also spent four years stationed in South America (Brazil, Colombia, and Ecuador).
In 2020, he joined CRISP, a food-service startup, where he gained hands-on experience creating new value as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) overseeing corporate planning and finance. He became independent in 2025 and assumed his current role.
Graduate of the MBA program at IE Business School

Every day, I see how advances in AI and technology are redefining the skills required of us. We now need the ability to ask questions where no clear answer exists, the ability to create collaboratively with others, and the empathy and communication skills that underpin such collaboration. Above all, we need the confidence to believe in ourselves. These are the capacities that enable children to shape their own future.

As a parent searching for meaningful growth opportunities for my child, I often felt that existing services fell short in nurturing these essential non-cognitive skills.

・I wish we had an environment where summer camps and nature experiences were as accessible as they are in Western countries.
・I wish there were services that busy parents could sign up for easily and without stress.

These thoughts led to the founding of Campship Academy.

Spending several days forming friendships with peers they had never met, trying new things, and challenging themselves—these are experiences that cultivate independence, resilience, and a deep sense of self-worth.

We are committed to creating unforgettable, formative experiences for every child who joins us.
