(1) Anyone under the age of 20 must have a parental consent form.
(2) With regard to trips targeted at specific customer groups or trips with specific travel purposes, we may refuse your application if the age, qualifications, skills, or other conditions do not meet the conditions specified by our company.
(3) If you have a chronic illness, are currently in poor health, are pregnant, have a disability, or use a guide dog, and require special consideration, please inform us of this when you apply for your trip. We will accommodate your request to the extent possible and reasonable. In this case, we may ask you to submit a medical certificate from a doctor at the request of the travel agency. Furthermore, depending on local conditions and the circumstances of transportation and accommodation agencies, etc., in order to ensure the safe and smooth implementation of your trip, we may require you to be accompanied by a companion/assistant, change part of the itinerary with your consent, recommend another trip with less burden, or refuse your participation.
(4) If the Company determines that a client has become ill, injured, or otherwise in need of medical treatment from a doctor during the trip, the Company will take the necessary measures to ensure the smooth operation of the trip. All costs incurred will be borne by the client.
(5) In principle, we do not allow customers to travel independently for their own convenience. However, we may accept such requests under separate conditions depending on the course.

(8) We may refuse your application for any other business reasons.
(9) If we determine that you are a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, or a related party to an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force, we may refuse you participation.
4. Contract document and final document (final travel itinerary)
(1) Promptly after the conclusion of the contract stipulated in paragraph 2(3), our companies will provide the client with a document (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract Document") that describes the travel itinerary, the contents of the travel services, other travel conditions, and matters concerning our company's responsibilities. The Contract Document consists of the brochure and these Tour Conditions.
(2) If the travel itinerary or the names of important transportation and accommodation facilities are not confirmed in the Contract Document under this paragraph (1), we will provide you with a document (hereinafter referred to as the "Confirmed Document") listing the names of the accommodation facilities and important transportation facilities to be used, and stating the confirmed status of these, after providing you with the Contract Document, by the day before the start of the trip (or by the start of the trip for applications made on or after the seventh day counting back from the day before the start of the trip).
(3) If an inquiry is made requesting confirmation of the status of arrangements after the conclusion of the contract as set forth in paragraph 2(3), our companies will explain the status of arrangements even before providing the final document.

However, if we have issued the final document (final travel itinerary) set forth in (2) of this paragraph, it shall be as set forth in that final document.
5. Travel fare payment due date
(1) The tour fee must be paid before the date that is 21 days prior to the start date of the tour (hereinafter referred to as the "Base Date").
(2) If you apply after the base date, you must pay at the time of application or by the specified date before the start of the trip.
6. Application of travel fees
(1) Unless otherwise noted, all participating passengers aged 12 years or older will be charged the adult fare, and all passengers aged 6 years or older (3 years or older for air travel) but under 12 years old will be charged the child fare.
(2) The tour price is shown in the brochure. Please check the departure date and number of people. (3) The "tour price payable" is the amount obtained by adding the "amount shown as the tour price" in the recruitment advertisement or brochure to the "amount shown as the additional charge" and deducting the "amount shown as the discounted charge." This total amount is the basis for calculating the "application fee" in Article 2, the "cancellation fee" in Article 12 (1), the "penalty fee" in Article 13 (1) (2), and the "change compensation" in Article 19.
7. What is included in the travel price
(1) Fares and charges for transportation facilities specified in the travel itinerary (classes vary depending on the route. Unless otherwise specified, standard seats will be used), accommodation fees, meal fees, sightseeing fees (admission fees, tour fees, guide fees, etc.), program fees, and consumption tax, etc., taxes, service fees, airport facility fees, etc.
(2) For tours accompanied by a tour conductor, the tour conductor's expenses and gratuities necessary for group activities are also included.

8. Items not included in the travel price
Items other than those listed in paragraph 7 are not included in the tour price. Some examples are as follows:
・Excess baggage charges (for baggage exceeding the specified weight, volume, or number)

9. Changes to the contents of the travel contract
Even after the conclusion of the Travel Contract, in the event of a natural disaster, war, riot, suspension of the provision of Travel Services by transportation and accommodation providers, orders from government agencies, provision of transportation services other than those in the original operation plan, or any other event beyond our control, if it is unavoidable to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the trip, we may change the travel itinerary, the contents of Travel Services, and other contents of the Travel Contract (hereinafter referred to as "Contract Contents"), by promptly explaining to the client in advance why the event is beyond our control and the causal relationship between the event and the event. However, in the case of an emergency and if it is unavoidable, we will explain the changes after they have been made.
10. Changes in the amount of the travel fare
Even after the travel contract has been concluded, we may change the travel price in the following cases:
(1) If the fares and charges of the transportation facilities used are increased or decreased by a significant amount beyond what would normally be expected due to significant changes in economic conditions, etc., we will increase or decrease the amount of the tour price within the amount of the increase or decrease. However, if we increase the tour price, we will notify the client of this fact no later than the 15th day counting back from the day before the start of the tour.
(2) In the event that the applicable fares and charges as provided for in this paragraph (1) are significantly reduced, we will reduce the tour price by the amount of the reduction in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph (1).
(3) If the contract contents are changed pursuant to Article 9 and the costs required for the implementation of the tour increase or decrease, we may change the amount of the tour price within the difference in the amount of the change, except in cases where the change is due to a shortage of seats, rooms, or other facilities at transportation or accommodation facilities, etc., even though the tour services are being provided. However, the client shall be responsible for any cancellation fees, penalties, and other costs already paid or to be paid in the future for the provision of the tour services not received due to the change in the contract contents.
(4) In the event that the brochure or other materials state that the tour price varies depending on the number of people using the transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., and there is a change in the number of people using the facilities after the Tour Contract has been concluded through reasons not attributable to the Company, the Company may change the amount of the tour price in accordance with the brochure or other materials.
11. Customer change
(1) In principle, substitution of customers is not permitted. However, if we have indicated in advance that substitution of customers is possible, or if we otherwise approve it, the customer may transfer their status under the Travel Contract to another person.
(2) If a customer change is permitted pursuant to the proviso in paragraph (1) of this section, the customer must fill out the required information on a form designated by our company and submit it to us together with a handling fee (1,080 yen per person). (If an airline ticket has already been issued, we may charge a separate fee for reissuing the ticket, etc.)
(3) The transfer of status under the Travel Contract shall take effect upon the consent of our company, and the person who has transferred status under the Travel Contract thereafter shall inherit all of the customer's rights and obligations regarding the Travel Contract. However, our company may refuse to change the status.

If the application fee alone does not cover the cancellation fee, we will charge you the difference. In addition, if there is a price difference due to a change in the number of people using one room, each participating guest will be charged the difference.
(5) When the Tour Contract is terminated pursuant to (3) of this paragraph [1], our companies will refund the amount of the tour fee (or application fee) already paid.
[2] After the start of the trip
(1) If, after the start of the trip, you cancel or temporarily withdraw from the travel contract for your own reasons, this will be considered a waiver of your rights and no refunds will be made.
(2) If the Tour Services cannot be provided in accordance with the Final Tour Itinerary due to reasons not attributable to the Client, the Client may cancel the contract for the portion of the Tour Services that became impossible to provide without paying the cancellation fee. When it is deemed that the client may cause inconvenience to other clients or hinder the smooth running of the group tour.

When the number of guests does not reach the minimum number of participants stated in the brochure. In this case, we will notify guests that the trip will be canceled before the 13th day (or the 3rd day for day trips) counting back from the day before the start of the trip.
When the travel conditions specified by our company in advance are not met, or when there is a very high possibility that this will happen, such as a lack of snowfall in the case of a skiing trip.
(g) When a natural disaster, war, riot, suspension of services provided by transportation or accommodation facilities, orders from government agencies, or other events beyond our control occur, making it impossible or highly likely that the safe and smooth implementation of the trip according to the itinerary stated in the contract document will become impossible.
(h) When the client is found to be a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, or a person related to an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces. When it is discovered that the client is a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, or a person related to an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces.
(2) If we cancel the Tour Contract pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) (1) of this section, the contractual relationship between us and the client will be terminated prospectively. In other words, our obligations regarding the Tour Services already provided to the client will be deemed to have been effectively repaid. In this case, we will refund to the client the amount of the Tour Price relating to the portion of the Tour Services not yet provided to the client, minus the amount of the cancellation fee, penalty fee, and other costs already paid or to be paid in the future for such Tour Services.
(3) If the Company cancels the Travel Contract after the commencement of the trip in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (2) [1] (a) or (c) of this section, the Company will undertake to arrange the travel services necessary for the client to return to the place of departure at the client's request and at the client's expense.

(4) When travelling as a group from the start to the end of the trip, you will follow our instructions to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the trip.
(5) In relation to our tours, we may have a contractor commissioned by us perform all or part of the services set forth in this paragraph (1), as well as the escorting, instruction, and assistance of travelers, and other services that we deem necessary.
