As the program involves group travel and group activities, scheduled times and content may change depending on progress, weather, or other conditions.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, or if the program cannot operate due to natural disasters, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel the program. In such cases, notice will be provided no later than 13 days prior to the start date of the trip.
Payment will be made by bank transfer. Your travel contract will be considered finalized once we receive your payment and you have received the payment confirmation email.
Application & Terms of Service
Before submitting your application, please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Travel (Package Tours) and the Domestic Package Tour Terms and Conditions.
You may cancel your travel contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee specified in the Cancellation Policy.

- Please submit your cancellation request using the Cancellation Form below.
- After receiving your request, we will send you a confirmation message via our official WhatsApp account.
- We will refund the program fee minus the cancellation fee and the bank transfer fee (330 yen).
