Why did you decide to include your child in an overnight nature experience?
My daughter is an only child, so I wanted her to learn things like cooperation and the ability to consider others through natural experiences while interacting with children of a similar age and adults (leaders).
I believe that experiencing nature as a child is very valuable, so I want my children to be able to experience it to the fullest.
Why did you choose Campship Academy?
There are plenty of activities that even adults will want to participate in .
What kind of conversation did you have with your child when they first joined?
At first, I was hesitant to go because I was worried about staying away from my parents and going with strangers, but when I arrived at the meeting place, the staff welcomed me cheerfully and with energy, and saying goodbye to my parents was a breeze.
On the day we picked them up, they told us with shining eyes how much fun they had! They were so sad to say goodbye to their friends and leaders that they almost cried.
How did your child do after the program ended?
Each experience seemed to be a fresh and wonderful one for the children, such as working together to prepare and clean up after meals, completing the scary forest obstacle course, having fun in nature, and being moved by the magical fire of the campfire.
Please tell us if there are any aspects of Campship Academy that you feel are uniquely good.
We also have a full program of games and other activities that will excite children. I also think it's great that there is time for leaders and children to talk face to face.
