💡Values we want leaders to cherish
*These are the guiding principles for leaders when unsure how to interact with children.

  1. Never forget the fundamental premise that children's health and safety are paramount.

  2. Treat children as individuals and attentively listen to and respect their opinions and intentions.

  3. Actively choose options that stimulate children's independence and curiosity.

  4. Leaders themselves should fully enjoy = have a playful spirit and余裕 (room for flexibility/calmness) in their hearts.

  5. Instead of instructing, create an environment where children "start moving on their own."
