Please note the following:
- Children will stay in separate accommodations for boys and girls.
- For our policies regarding safety and health management, as well as measures against sexual misconduct, please refer to the “Support System for Safety and Peace of Mind” page.
- As the group will travel and participate in activities together, scheduled times and program contents may change depending on progress and weather conditions.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, or if operation becomes impossible due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters or accidents, we may request changes to the program or cancellation no later than 13 days before the start of the trip.
- Payment must be made by bank transfer. The travel contract will be considered concluded once payment has been transferred and the payment completion email—sent separately—has been received.

Before participation for participation, please read carefully applying the “Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Section on Organized Tour Contracts)” and the “Domestic Organized Tour Conditions” listed below.
In addition, customers may cancel the travel contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee specified in the Cancellation Policy.

Regarding the Cancellation (Termination) of the Travel Contract
How to cancel
- Please submit your cancellation request using the Cancellation Form below.
- After receiving your request, we will send you a confirmation message via our official WhatsApp account.
- We will refund the program fee minus the cancellation fee and the bank transfer fee (330 yen).
