About the program in general

Yes. We will pay a flat fee of 3,000 yen per day as an honorarium.

All expenses for travel to the program meeting point, accommodation, transportation, food, activity fees, and rental fees (skis, poles, ski boots, and wear) during the program will be covered by our company.
Please bring your own ski accessories (goggles, gloves, hats, etc.).

*For participants traveling from afar, we will reimburse up to 5,000 yen one-way for travel expenses.

Yes. It's included.

Our activities involve a wide range of participants, from high school students to working adults.
The program is supported by leaders with diverse backgrounds, including teachers and other education professionals, as well as university students aspiring to become保育士 (preschool teachers).

It may be possible, but there is no guarantee that your request can be accommodated.
The leaders participating in the program make comprehensive decisions based on factors such as the number of participants, the gender ratio, the nature of the program, and the leaders' personalities. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate in your desired program with your friends.

If you wish to participate with friends, please inform us when applying.

Yes, we do. Please see below for basic operations.

A: Meal arrangements at accommodations
As a general rule, we ask the accommodation to prepare meals that exclude the allergies you have listed. Depending on the type of allergy and whether the accommodation can accommodate it, one of the following will apply:
・Provision of exclusion meals
・Provision of regular meals, with you removing the allergen yourself (e.g., if it's difficult to remove beforehand or in the case of a buffet)

B: When using a restaurant or arranging bento boxes
We will try to accommodate you as much as possible, similar to accommodations, but depending on the provider's capacity, one of the following will apply:
・Restaurant: Choose and eat meals that do not contain the allergen
・Bento box: Provide regular meals, with you removing the allergen yourself (if it's difficult to remove beforehand)

C: Meals during camping (prepared by participants/leaders)
Since it is difficult to prepare separate meals, the basic operation is to check if allergens are included in the ingredients and for you to eat what you can. We will prepare ingredients so that you do not end up with nothing to eat.

*In cases of severe allergies or when there are many different allergens, we may consult with you individually regarding the appropriate response.

We do not prohibit leaders from using their smartphones during the program. This is because they may need to take photos or communicate with other leaders via LINE.

However, we do ask them to avoid using their smartphones in front of children as much as possible, and if they need to use their phone for personal reasons, we ask them to do so in their own room or another private space.

Yes, we do. We are holding online briefing sessions for those considering participating as leaders at Camp Ship Academy. For more details, please see here.

If you live near the program's location, it may be possible. We will discuss this individually with you, so please let us know when you apply.

Basically, we ask that participants be of intermediate level or higher (meaning they can control direction and speed freely when in the "pizza" stance). However, there have been cases where beginners or those with no experience participated and contributed significantly in areas other than skiing, such as daily life. If you are a beginner or have no experience and wish to participate in the ski program, please consult with us first.

Please rest assured that our professional and experienced leaders will provide support. We ensure that multiple experienced leaders participate in every program. Before the program, we share information about the participating children during a preliminary meeting. Even during the program, after the children go to sleep, we hold a meeting to discuss the day's events, any challenges encountered, and any matters that need to be shared with the program director. At these meetings, we seek advice from the program director and consult with each other to collaboratively devise solutions. Therefore, even those who are not accustomed to working with children can participate with confidence.

Yes, there is.
Approximately one month before the program begins, we conduct a leader training session (sharing of activity philosophy and safety management). In this training, leaders and those responsible for participating in the program will meet each other, attend safety management training, and take a test.
Additionally, a final online meeting will be held approximately one week before the program. In this meeting, detailed participant information will be shared and the program schedule will be confirmed.

Yes, you can. Many leaders from 10th to 12th grade are already active.

*High school students are required to submit a consent form from a parent or guardian in advance.

After the volunteer work is completed, we will issue and hand you a certificate.
