Thank you for your interest in participating as a leader in CAMPSHIP ACADEMY Summer 2026. The entire team looks forward to meeting new people, as well as welcoming back leaders who have previously participated in CAMPSHIP programs. We encourage you to apply!

Overview

Recruitment Type: Paid Volunteer
Eligibility: High school and university students, and working adults residing in Japan or overseas
Selection
Due to a limited number of leader positions, if there are many applicants, selection will be based on the number of applicants for the desired program, experience, and statement of purpose (details below).
Student Leader Responsibilities:
- Work with us to "create an environment where learning and play coexist."
  - Ensuring safety during the program
  - Providing daily life support during the program
Remuneration:
- Flat rate of 3,000 yen/day
- Round-trip transportation expenses to and from the meeting/dismissal location will be paid separately.
  - Residents of the Tokyo metropolitan area: Round-trip transportation expenses from the nearest station of residence to the meeting/dismissal location
  - Residents outside the Tokyo metropolitan area: Round-trip transportation expenses to the meeting/dismissal location (up to 5,000 yen)
  - For local assembly: Round-trip transportation expenses to the meeting location (up to 5,000 yen)
- All transportation, food, activity fees, and rental fees during the program are covered by our company.
- Participation in the mandatory leader training (activity philosophy and safety management) is required. This will be an in-person meeting, not online. Round-trip transportation expenses to the training location will be paid separately as above (up to 5,000 yen for participants from distant locations).

Leader Training

Participation in the pre-program leader training is mandatory to join the summer program.

Selection Result Notification

Selection results will be announced via the official LINE in the first week of May.

Important Notes

Please read the Leader Application Guidelines carefully before applying.
First-time leader applicants will be asked to have an online meeting. After confirming your form, the management team will contact you via the official Leaders LINE to schedule a meeting, so please wait for our contact.
Even if you select one program, participation in the selected program is not guaranteed. If you have preferences or considerations, please write them in the [Statement of Purpose] field or the last question field.
As a general rule, please apply after confirming that you can participate in the program's training schedule. However, if you are hesitant to participate in the program due to special circumstances such as remote participation or the training schedule, please feel free to consult us.

Upon completion of the program, a program participation certificate (with working hours specified) will be issued.
