Children will be accommodated by gender. For information on our policies regarding safety, health management, and sexual harassment prevention during the program, please refer to the Safety and Support System page.
As this involves group travel and activities, schedules and content may be subject to change from what is stated, depending on progress or weather conditions.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, or if travel becomes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances such as disasters or accidents, we may request a change or cancellation of the tour up to 13 days prior to the start of the trip.
Payment is by bank transfer. The travel contract will be established upon receipt of a separate email confirming your payment after the transfer has been made.

イッティージャパン株式会社では、会員様に実体験を通し更に英語に興味を持っていただきたく、イベントを行っています。『Adventure Camp 』にご参加をいただきました皆さまの写真、映像等を関連会社(中央出版株式会社をはじめとするグループ企業)を含め、広報活動など以下の目的に使用させて頂く場合がございます。
ご参加にあたっては、あらかじめ本利用についてご同意いただくことを前提とさせていただいております。掲載に関してご不安やご希望がございましたら、可能な範囲で個別に対応させていただきますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
なお、撮影しました写真は参加者限定でインターネット写真販売サービスにて販売いたしますので予めご了承ください。

Application and transaction conditions
When applying to participate, please carefully read the "Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Part of the Package Tour Contract)" and "Domestic Package Tour Conditions" below. In addition, customers can cancel the travel contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee specified in the cancellation policy. Please refer to the "Cancellation Policy" for details.

How to cancel
- Please complete the cancellation procedure using the cancellation form below.
- We will contact you via our official LINE account to inform you that we have received your cancellation.
- We will transfer the amount minus the cancellation fee and transfer fee (330 yen).
