The Concept of This Program

This is a 3-day, 2-night overnight event led by foreign instructors from Peppy Kids Club, packed with nature experiences and English lessons. It's packed with original special lessons and hands-on activities! Live with foreign instructors and develop cooperation and independence!

Key Features

Camp Project Special English Lesson

We'll have English lessons every day during the camp. We value creating opportunities for campers to become familiar with English by having fun while learning basic interactions and expressions. Additionally, we offer special lessons unique to the camp, expanding the joy of using English through experiences that are different from the norm.

Life with a foreign instructor

The camp is led by native English-speaking instructors, creating an environment where children are naturally exposed to English throughout daily life. From morning routines and meals to activities and evening time, there are many opportunities to use English in real situations. Unlike a classroom, we value communication that arises from a genuine desire to express and understand.

Fosters teamwork and independence!

Living together with friends from different places helps children develop cooperation and teamwork. At the same time, by taking care of themselves without relying on their families, they build independence and self-reliance.

Full of camping experiences and activities!

Participants will enjoy beginner-friendly camping experiences—such as simple cooking and tent setup—together with native English-speaking instructors, making it accessible even for those with no prior camping experience.

Important Information

Children will stay in gender-separated rooms.
For details regarding our safety and health management policies—including our approach to preventing sexual misconduct—please refer to the Safety and Support System page.

As the program involves group travel and group activities, scheduled times and content may change depending on progress, weather, or other conditions.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, or if the program cannot operate due to natural disasters, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel the program. In such cases, notice will be provided no later than 13 days prior to the start date of the trip.

Payment will be made by bank transfer. Your travel contract will be considered finalized once we receive your payment and you have received the payment confirmation email.

Application & Terms of Service

Before submitting your application, please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Travel (Package Tours) and the Domestic Package Tour Terms and Conditions.

You may cancel your travel contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee specified in the Cancellation Policy.

Regarding the Cancellation (Termination) of the Travel Contract

How to cancel

  1. Please submit your cancellation request using the Cancellation Form below.
  2. After receiving your request, we will send you a confirmation message via our official WhatsApp account.
  3. We will refund the program fee minus the cancellation fee and the bank transfer fee (330 yen).
