Self-introduction

Born in Osaka in 1981. I live with my wife, three children, and one dog.

I like many things, including basketball, snowboarding, playing with my kids, walking and playing outdoors, reading books, and singing. This time, my eldest son and second daughter will be joining me, making us a group of three.

My wife compares me to a Brachiosaurus. She says it's because I'm the biggest, but only eat plants.

I'd prefer to be called an elephant (pretty much the same thing, I guess). My children say I'm an old man on the outside, but a child on the inside. Here's what my family has to say about this Brachiosaurus!

Strengths

• Being active.
• Enjoying conversations with various people.
• Playing together with children.

Weaknesses

• Saying things I don't mean (that's what you call social niceties).
• Paying attention to small details (I'm quite observant among fathers, but not as much as mothers...).
• Playing too much with children (I tend to get so absorbed that I stain my clothes or tear shoji screens).

Watch out for these times!

Even though he's usually kind, he gets grumpy only when he's hungry. Be a little careful about meal times!!
