self-introduction
Hello 🐋
My name is Nishimura Riko and I am a second-year university student.
I have been attending summer camps in Canada every year since I was in elementary school, so I resonated with Campship Academy's philosophy and decided to interne! The summer camps I attended every year are irreplaceable to me, and the friends I made and the memories I made there are formative experiences that I will never forget, no matter how many years pass.
At Campship Academy, our goal is to "keep the excitement flowing," and we are constantly experimenting to add a variety of colors to the extraordinary experiences we offer in each program.
I love fun things, and I'm the type of person who can get absorbed in anything that interests or excites me, regardless of the time. 🧞 I was drawn to the joy of biology from the day I took my first biology class, and I'm studying biology at university, with the goal of researching the ecology of marine mammals (especially whales) in more detail. 🐋
Qualifications:
- Japanese Red Cross First Aid Paramedic
- Japanese Camp Instructor
- Completed CONE safety training
Favorite things
- Disney: I love going to the parks, watching movies, and listening to music! It's no exaggeration to say that most of my creativity comes from Disney 🪄
- Whales: I've loved these animals ever since I was little, and I read about them in books and picture guides, and even go to the ocean to see them.
- Reading: Essays are my favorite genre, and I love Momoko Sakura🌸
- Basking in the morning sun🌞
Things I keep in mind
When I think about how it would be nice if I could enjoy all the time I have, I think it's important to make the free time and small conversations I have fun.
