Experience Japan’s history at Ise Grand Shrine and visit Tōshijima, the largest island in Mie Prefecture!
Enjoy breathtaking views of an island rich in history and fishing village culture. Join your friends on a special trip to Mie, where you can also explore the Toba Aquarium and savor delicious local cuisine!


Tradition&History
Mie prefecture is blessed with the rich natural beauty of both sea and mountains. Also, there are many famous sites where you can learn about history and culture. Just a three hour ride from Tokyo, Mie Prefecture provides us with the unique opportunity to enjoy tradition, nature, and culture all at once! Mie is also famous for its first success in pearl cultivation. Visit Mikimoto Pearl Island to learn about pearls!


Ise Jingu
Ise Jingu is one of the famous shrines in Japan. It has a history of approximately 2,000 years and is a sacred place where Japan's spirituality, culture, and nature assemble. Let's visit Ise-Jingu, said to be a once-in-a-lifetime worship!


Toshi Island
Toshijima is the largest island in Mie Prefecture, where historical sites from the Warring States period and traditional fishing village culture still thrive today. Let's visit Toshijima and experience its history firsthand.


Nature
Come and see the ocean living creatures in Toba! The number of Toba aquarium's breeding species are the largest in Japan. It is the only place in Japan where you can see Dugong! Taking a 25 minute ship ride from the Toba station, you will arrive at Dolphin island! It is a place to learn about the marine ecosystem, including dolphins and sea lions. You can also feed dolphins, see shows, and enjoy the outstanding view of Toba-bay!

Toushi Island

Toba Aquarium

Where you can see 1,200 species of sea creatures, which is the biggest number in Japan. It is also the only place where you can meet Dugong in Japan!

As is from the island name, this is a place where dolphins live. There are dolphin shows and there is also a chance to feed them! Mikimoto Pearl Island

This is the island where pearls were first successfully cultivated in the world, and it is a place where you can learn all about pearls. There is also an Ama (female divers) spot where you can watch them dive into the sea.
