Domestic Travel Arrangements Terms and Conditions (Travel Arrangements/Travel Consultations)

(Explanation of travel conditions pursuant to Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act)
This document will become part of the contract documents once a travel contract (including travel consultation) is concluded.

When we arrange domestic travel or provide travel consultation at the request of our customers, we will undertake the arrangements in accordance with the conditions set out in this "Terms of Transaction." Furthermore, matters not set out in this "Terms of Transaction" will be governed by the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions, section on travel arrangement contracts and section on travel consultation contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Our Terms and Conditions"). If you would like a copy of Our Terms and Conditions, please request one from us. You can also view them on our website. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.

1. Application fee and contract formation

  • (1) When applying for a trip, you will be asked to provide the necessary information and pay an application fee equivalent to 20% of the trip price. Due to the nature of our business, we may ask you to fill out the necessary information on a special form or screen. The application fee will be treated as part of the money you pay to us, including the trip price and cancellation fee.
When applying for travel consultation, please fill in the necessary information on our designated application form.

  • (2) The travel contract (arranged travel contract) you apply for will be established when our company "accepts" the conclusion of the contract and "accepts" the application fee. However, for single arrangements such as train tickets or accommodation vouchers, we may accept applications made verbally (by telephone). In this case, the contract will be established when our company "accepts" the conclusion of the contract. The travel consultation contract will be established when our company "accepts" the conclusion of the contract and accepts the application form.

  • (3) Notwithstanding (2) above, a contract will be concluded without receiving payment of the application fee in the following cases:

    • ① When a written document stating that a contract will be concluded is delivered to the customer without receiving the application fee.

    • ② When we hand over a document indicating your right to receive the travel services in exchange for the travel fee by the departure date of the trip. (The contract will be concluded when we accept the conclusion of the contract.)

    • ③If payment cannot be made by the credit card provided by the Member due to credit or other reasons, the Company will cancel the communication contract and charge the cancellation fee set out in the attached table as well as the cancellation procedure fee set out below. However, this does not apply if the travel fee is paid in cash by the due date separately specified by the Company.

2. Application conditions

  • (1) If you are in poor health, use a wheelchair or other device, have a physical or mental disability, have a food or animal allergy, are pregnant, or may be pregnant, are accompanied by an assistance dog for the physically disabled (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog), or require other special consideration, please inform us at the time of application that you require special consideration for participation. (If you become ill after the travel contract has been concluded, please inform us immediately.) We will provide further information, so please inform us in detail of the measures you will need during the trip.

  • (2) If we receive a request as described in the preceding paragraph, we will respond to it to the extent possible and reasonable. In doing so, we may ask you about your situation and the measures you need to take, or ask you to submit such requests in writing.

  • (3) If we find that you are a member of an organized crime group, affiliated with an organized crime group, or a member of any other anti-social force, or if you make violent or unreasonable demands against us, or if you use threatening language or violence, or if you spread rumors or use fraudulent means or force to damage our reputation or interfere with our business, we may refuse your application.

  • (4) If a person under the age of 18 at the time of application is not accompanied by a parent or guardian, a consent form from the parent or guardian must be submitted (excluding single-item sales of transportation such as JR tickets and domestic airline tickets). In addition, participation conditions will depend on the standards of each travel service provider.
