The Vision Behind This Year's Summer Program
This year marks the fourth summer for Camp Ship Academy's programs, which began in 2023.
Reflecting on feedback from past participants, we've engaged in thorough discussions about where, when, and for how long to hold programs to achieve "nature experiences that fulfill both children's 'I want to do it!' and parents' 'I want them to experience it!'."
Popular programs from last year, such as Okinawa, Yakushima/Tanegashima, Yatsugatake, Nasu, Azumino, and English camps, will continue with updated content this year. We've also added new programs like Ogasawara, Awaji Island, and Nakatsuna Lake.
Through previous programs, we've observed that "the longer the duration, the more remarkable the children's growth and changes become." With this in mind, our highlight program for this summer is the "2-Week Long Camp."
In the comfortable highland climate, children will develop "life skills" by living communally and thinking for themselves, creating a camp where they can pursue their curiosity directly.
Furthermore, while programs have primarily catered to residents in and around the Kanto region, this year's Awaji Island program will be our first in the Kansai region.
In addition, some programs will offer optional meeting and dismissal points outside of Kanto.

"Grow through Experience."
True to our concept, we are wholeheartedly preparing to deliver unforgettable experiences to many children again this summer.
